Tracking Medication
As someone who looks after an elderly parent with several medications to take, it can become a pain to keep track of the various levels of medication.
Courses of medications can start at different times, and even having prescriptions that start at the same time can suffer from dosage drift - especially if the patient finds it hard to remember to take their medication 100% of the time.
To help with this mental load and prevent me from forgetting to order medication on time or top up their pill box, I created a simple PWA that tracks the current dosage stock of each medication I need to keep an eye on.
It also lets me export important dates to ical and print a medication list in the event that I want to get a balancing prescription from the pharmacist.
All data is stored in the browser, so it’s really single patient only at the moment, but it eases the burden of managing medication for me.
