Disable irb autocomplete in heroku rails console

I’m not a fan of irb autocomplete when working in remote rails consoles, but rather than force my preference on everyone, I run this to turn off autocomplete on a per session basis:

heroku run "rails c -- --noautocomplete" -a <APP-ID>

or as an alias:

alias hrc="heroku run 'rails c -- --noautocomplete' -a"
